Mayan Cocoa showcases specialty shade-grown coffee from a cooperative of women producers in Miraflor, Nicaragua, a breathtakingly beautiful natural reserve in the northwestern highlands. It makes for the perfect canvas– silky smooth and chocolaty with mellow acidity.
