Craft cold brew.
Simplified.

Brewing with Brew Bags:

SIZE YOUR BATCH

Brewing Ratio: 1 Brew Bag + 1 Cup Water. Add the bags to any container; we like glass, stainless steel, or BPA-free plastic. Use fresh, cold water. Cover.

STEEP 12-24 HOURS

Brew at night for the morning, or from one morning to the next. Longer = Stronger. You can't mess it up. Gently remove Brew Bags. Compost or discard.

STIR, SERVE, ENJOY

Top off with ~1oz cold water per Brew Bag to account for the liquid lost when bags are removed. Or, just pour over ice. Enjoy black, with cream, or however you like.

Brewing Mixed Grounds:

SIZE YOUR BATCH

Suggested Grounds Per 1 Cup Water: Cold Brew = 1/4 Cup. Hot Brew = 2-3 Tbs. More or less, depending on your taste.

LET STEEP, PRESS

For Cold Brew: steep 12-24 hours in the fridge. For Hot Brew: 4 min. on the counter. Once done, press grounds slowly.

SERVE + ENJOY

Give things a stir and serve. Cold or hot, black or with cream, enjoy your brew however you please.
